So, here's another OC I did last night. His name is Delroy Rooney and he is a looney (I'm so very clever with the words), he was a circus performer.
This guy is based off a picture a close friend of mine sent to me. It was a naked guy with a pig head on his crotch, and I liked the idea for a crazy psycho maniac lunatic son of a gun. Yes, the guy in the picture had that same grin, creepy, I know. I like to thank that creepy guy for the idea, you rock!
So what is his background ? well, that's a story for another day, but everything started with a hillbilly murdering his mother in her house.
